This is the home site for the 1st Aldershot Scout Group in the Blackwater District of Hampshire. We originate from the early 20th century and, after a short restbite (due to a silly thing called WWII), were rejuvenated in 1955. We have many historic ties with the army aspect of the Military town of Aldershot. The Group was actually presented with a field gun but it has since been lost through the years...if you have it ,........... can we have it back please!!!
This is the home of the 14th Aldershot Scout Group. We meet at Mantle Hall, North Lane in Aldershot and are in the Blackwater Valley District of Hampshire.
HSMT's objective is to provide training and practical experience so that aspirant hillwalking and climbing leaders may safely and enjoyably lead and supervise mountaineering activities for the benefit of young (and not so young!) people.
